Janice has over 30 years experience as a leading Richmond, Virginia REALTOR®. While building her business through “branding” and referrals, she has managed to incorporate the “Taylor Team” logo and brand all over her marketplace while strategically adding members to her team. Janice takes great pride in the Taylor Team remaining steady and at the top of their game in a challenging market. Janice has chosen to add something of value to her services each year free of charge to her clients.
The Taylor Team has a fun side, too! By incorporating family members, David (son-in-law), Bob (husband), Jennifer (daughter), Michelle and Pamela, and their families are truly an integral part of the team’s success. As often as possible, the “team” as a whole is seen around town at realtor functions, lunches, classes and charity events. When you think of real estate, Janice’s goal is for you to think of “The Taylor Team”.

Client Care Manager
Bob, Janice’s husband, joined the Taylor Team after retiring from government service. When we can’t always be in front of our clients, Bob can. He supervises all of our “pre-listing” and staging consultations and attends all home inspections on behalf of all sellers. Bob also coordinates all of our contractors for estimates and quality control, supervises our walk-thru and is the all around “go to” guy.
Closing Manager and Licensed Agent
Michelle lives in the West End with her daughter, Charlotte, and dog Zoey. Michelle is a graduate from Longwood College with a degree in Economics and Business Administration and is also a licensed realtor. She has been with the Taylor Team for over 13 years. Because of her 16 years of real estate experience, you can feel confident that the many details regarding your home's sale will be properly managed. This allows you to have a worry free transaction, so you can concentrate on Moving Day!
